| Quiz | ADHD self test - this test is used in the UK to determine whether to refer someone for an ADHD assessment. If you score highly on section A, it’s advisable to pursue an assessment. Section B is supplementary. Try to answer them as if you didn’t have coping mechanisms in place (for example, you may think you don’t have issues remembering things because you have a gazillion alarms throughout the day to help you remember things - but this is a coping mechanism to compensate for what’s easier for a neurotypical person. Same goes for inviting friends over to provide motivation to clean your house, etc. etc.).
(Take the below social media accounts with a pinch of salt, they’re not run by experts. Also, bear in mind that you don’t have to have every symptom of ADHD - if you don't relate to absolutely everything, it doesn't mean you don't have ADHD).
